By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. You can access and use the Website and Services without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. AUTOMATIC COLLECTION OF INFORMATION:
When you open this website, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends. This data may include information such as your device's IP address, browser type and version, operating system type and version, language preferences or the webpage you were visiting before you came to the Website and Services, pages of the Website and Services that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on the Website, access times and dates, and other statistics.
Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding the usage and traffic of the Website and Services. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS:
When you first visit this website we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent. If you choose Accept, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website. This includes:
- the pages you view, how long you stay and how you found the website;
- your approximate location, device type and browser;
- whether you click our phone number, email address, WhatsApp button, Google review links or Book Now buttons.
Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which normally last up to two years. We use this information only to improve the website and our services. We do not use it to identify you personally and we do not use it to send you advertising.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. If you change from Accept to Decline, the analytics cookies are removed. Some of our contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to protect them from spam. It may set its own cookies, in line with Google's privacy policy.
ONLINE BOOKING:
Appointments are booked through our practice management provider, Cliniko, which is embedded in our Book Now page. The details you enter when booking (for example your name, contact details and payment) are collected and stored by Cliniko for us, and Cliniko's own privacy policy applies to them. The booking system shows its own cookie choice. If you accept, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count completed bookings. If you decline, no analytics are run on the booking pages.
EMAIL UPDATES AND NEWS:
Who we email. If you have booked an appointment with us, or asked us a question, we may send you occasional emails (about once a month) with news about our clinics: opening hours, fee changes, practical guides and information about our services.
What we use. For these emails we use only your name and email address. We do not use your health information, your treatment details or your appointment history to decide who receives an email, and our emails never mention any condition or treatment of any individual.
Why we may send them. If you gave us your email address when you booked or enquired, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping our patients informed about our clinics and similar services, and on the rules for existing customers under Irish law on electronic marketing.
Your choice, at any time. Every email has an Unsubscribe link. You can also email contact@365physiotherapy.ie or call +353 83 098 5073 and ask us to stop, and we will do so straight away. Unsubscribing does not affect your treatment in any way.
Who sends them. We send these emails ourselves, using an email service called Brevo, based in the European Union (France). Brevo acts on our instructions and keeps your name and email address securely for us. We do not sell or share your email address with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it. We keep your email address for our updates until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for 3 years after your last appointment, whichever comes first. We keep a record of unsubscribes so that we do not email you again.
INFORMATION WE PROCESS WITH YOUR CONSENT:
- In order to make the Website and Services available to you, or to meet a legal obligation, we may need to collect and use certain Personal Information. If you do not provide the information that we request, we may not be able to provide you with the requested products or services.
- 365 Physiotherapy fully respects your right to privacy and will not collect or publish any of your personal information through this website without your consent. Any personal information which you volunteer to the website will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 – 2003 and with the GDPR
- Through certain actions, such as when you browse our website, give feedback, or request for more information about our services, you are implicitly giving us consent to process your personal information. Wherever possible, we aim to obtain your explicit consent to process this information, for example, by asking you to agree to our use of cookies.

We use trusted service providers to run our services, including Cliniko (appointment booking and clinical records) and Brevo (our email updates). They act on our instructions and may only use your information to provide their service to us.

The Website and Services contain links to other resources that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other resources or third parties. RETENTION PERIOD OF INFORMATION:
Except as otherwise mentioned in this privacy notice, we keep your personal information only for as long as required by us:
- To provide you with the services you have requested.
- To comply with other law, including for the period demanded by our tax authorities.

Clinical records are kept for 8 years after your last treatment (for children, until the age of 25 or 8 years after the last treatment, whichever is later), in line with professional guidance. Email contacts are kept as set out in "Email Updates and News" above. Website analytics follow the cookie periods in "Cookies and Analytics".
PRIVACY OF CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Website and Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Website and Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us through the Website and Services, please contact us.
