Cancellation Policy
- 24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50 percent of the session fee.
- Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session cost. This helps us offer your slot to another patient in need.
- Home Visits require 48 hours notice due to travel costs. Late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
